Shipping Policy (Kits)
When will I get my CARiBEANER Climbing Wall Kit?
Usually, it takes 2-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out to you. The shipping time can vary, depending on your location, but can be estimated at 3-5 business days within the U.S.A. We do our very best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Where will my Kit ship from?
All CARiBEANER Climbing Wall Kits ship from Gulfport, FL.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Check your UPS Tracking Number
Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left with a neighbor, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or call 727-228-1987 with your order number and we are happy to assist.
Delivery & Set-Up Policy (Walls)
When will you deliver my Wall?
Delivery and set-up is included if you purchase a CARiBEANER Fully Assembled Wall (Only available in Tampa Bay, FL).
Once your order is complete, we will contact you within 2 business days about delivery and set-up. Deliveries generally take place on the weekends to accommodate your busy schedule, but we work with all of our customers to ensure a seamless and convenient delivery experience.
What kind of space do I need for Delivery and Set-up?
For delivery and set-up, you must have a 20x16" outdoor space on level ground (dirt, mulch, grass) for us to set-up your CARiBEANER Kids Climbing Wall. If your space does not comport to our guidelines and standards, we will happily deliver your Wall, but will not be able to secure it to the ground. Return & Exchange Policy
If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund; provided: (i) the items(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) your return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery; (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you; and (iv) the goods are not obsolete or discontinued.
Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must be made pursuant to the specific return procedure specifically set forth on this Site. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
